Logging into Keyboarding Online

Logging in as a Student

Before you login you will need to know the following things:

  • school login
  • what class your student files is in
  • your personal password for the student file

All of that information should be provided to you by your instructor before any work is done in the program.

There are a couple of ways to access the login page. From our home page at http://KeyboardingOnline.com you will see a big yellow login button at the top right-hand side of the screen.

You can also simply go to http://login.KeyboardingOnline.com. Once you do either of these you will be brought to the following page.

As a student you will need to make sure that the role selected is “Student.” You will then enter your school login. These are not case-sensitive, meaning “somelogin” is the same as “SoMeLoGiN”. Once that info is entered simply click on “Sign in” and you’ll be taken into the program. If there is an error with the login you will see a red box appear with the error message.

You do have the ability to use your Google account to login. For instructions on how to do that please click on the following link (http://support.keyboardingonline.com/support/sign-in-with-google/) or click here to watch a quick YouTube video on how to set that up.

Logging in as a Teacher

Before you login you will need to know the following things:

  • administrator login
  • administrator password

This information should have been emailed to you when you started a free trial, purchased new licenses, or renewed your current licenses. If you do not have that email or forgot the login credentials just send us an email at sales@ellsworthpublishing.com or give us a call at 888-963-4817 and we will help you out.

There are a couple of ways to access the login page. From our home page at http://KeyboardingOnline.com you will see a big yellow login button at the top right-hand side of the screen.

You can also simply go to http://login.KeyboardingOnline.com. When you select the login button or use the login link you will be brought to the following page.

As a teacher/admin you will need to make sure that the role selected is “Teacher.” You will then enter your Administrator Login and Administrator password. These are case sensitive. So “teacherlogin” and “TeacherLogin” are two completely different logins.

Once that info is entered simply click on “Sign in” and you’ll be taken to the application page for your school. If there is an error with the login you will see a red box appear with the error message.
